Transport Focus for the second year have surveyed users of our 111 Motorway Services on behalf of the operators (MSA) Click to see their report
Overall Positive
92% of us are apparently satisfied, up from 90% in 2017. 62% are very satisfied, the figures drop a bit for professional drivers, 88% are satisfied, up from 84% last year. The scores drop, when the survey looks at value for money. For food, drinks and particularly fuel, the score drops to 66%.
The MSA operators have upped their game considerably from the dismal state of affairs only a few decades ago. Bringing in High Street names such as M and S, Waitrose and Costa has certainly made a difference. Facilities whilst not always like new, are generally clean and cared for according to the survey.
